1. Who we are

This policy explains how TalkJersey handles your information when you use talkjersey.in.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect exactly the following, because each field is needed to fulfil and support that order:

• Name — to address the parcel and identify your order
• Phone number — for delivery coordination and support
• Email address — for order correspondence (optional at checkout)
• Delivery address, including area, city, state and PIN code — to deliver your order
• Order details — products, sizes, quantities, and any name, number, printing or badges you chose
• Payment records — payment method, payment status, amount received, balance due, and the payment gateway's order and payment reference IDs

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV, PIN or any banking credentials. Those are handled entirely by the payment gateway.

3. Information collected automatically

Your browser stores your shopping cart and wishlist locally on your own device; this is not sent to us until you place an order. Our hosting and security provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address, to serve and protect the site. Your PIN code is sent to India Post's public PIN code service to confirm your city and state at checkout.

4. How we use your information

• To process, pack and deliver your order
• To take payment and verify it with the payment gateway
• To contact you about your order, including by email, phone or WhatsApp
• To handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
• To keep order and customer records, including total orders and total amount spent
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including limiting repeated failed admin login attempts

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

5. Who we share it with

• Payment gateway — to process and verify your payment
• Logistics / courier partners — to deliver your order and, for Partial COD, to collect the balance at delivery
• Hosting and infrastructure provider — Cloudflare, which hosts this site, its database and its images

We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Where your data is stored

Order, customer and product records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and product images in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Data may be processed outside India by these providers.

7. How long we keep it

Order and customer records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, legal and compliance purposes.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@talkjersey.in. You can clear your locally stored cart and wishlist at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

9. Children

This store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
