1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of talkjersey.in and any order you place with TalkJersey. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the products

TalkJersey sells unofficial fan jerseys. Products are not official merchandise and we do not represent them as authentic, licensed, authorised or original. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any football club, league, federation, association or sportswear brand. Club, national team and competition names are used only to describe the design a product is inspired by, and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Pricing and charges

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). The total payable is calculated and confirmed by our server at checkout; prices displayed in your browser are never used to charge you. Your total may include:

• The product price for each jersey
• Printing — Local Print +₹200 or Premium Print +₹300 per jersey, if selected
• Add-on badges — priced per badge, from ₹99 to ₹399, if selected
• Partial COD handling charge — ₹99 per jersey, if you choose Partial COD
• Any coupon discount you apply, deducted from the subtotal

No separate shipping charge is added at checkout. The amount shown in your order summary is the amount payable.

4. Customization

You may add a name of up to 15 characters, a number of up to 2 digits, printing, and add-on badges. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and number you submit — we print exactly what you enter. You must not request text that infringes a third party's rights or that is unlawful or offensive; we may refuse or cancel such an order.

Customized orders are prepaid only. If you select any printing, name, number or badge, Partial COD is not available and the order must be paid in full online. This is enforced by our checkout and re-checked by our server.

Customized jerseys are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except where the item is wrong, damaged or defective — see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment methods

• Prepaid — the full order value is paid online.
• Partial COD — you pay an advance of ₹200 per jersey plus a ₹99 per jersey handling charge online, and the remaining product balance is collected at delivery. The handling charge is added to the final order value.

Full Cash on Delivery is not available. Partial COD is also unavailable for customized orders and for PIN codes we cannot verify.

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. An order is treated as paid only once the gateway payment is verified by our server — a message in your browser is never sufficient.

6. Stock and order acceptance

Stock is tracked per size and is reserved when your order is created. If an item sells out before your order completes, the order is refused and you are told which size is unavailable. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or payment cannot be confirmed.

7. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellation

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellation are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Your data

We collect and use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including under consumer protection legislation. Subject to that, our liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
