Where we ship

We ship within India only. At checkout your 6-digit PIN code is verified against Indian postal data to confirm the delivery city and state. If a PIN code cannot be verified, the order cannot be placed.

Shipping charges

No separate shipping charge is added at checkout. The total shown in your order summary is the amount payable. The only additional charges that can appear are the optional customization charges you select, and the ₹99 per jersey handling charge if you choose Partial COD.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

Customized orders — any jersey with printing, a name, a number or an add-on badge — take longer because each item is printed to order. Timelines are working estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order status

Orders move through the following stages: New → Packed → Shipped → Delivered. An order may also be marked Cancelled. For the current status of your order, contact us with your order ID.

Partial COD deliveries

If you chose Partial COD, you pay ₹200 per jersey as an advance plus a ₹99 per jersey handling charge online, and the remaining product balance shown on your order confirmation is collected by the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please keep the balance amount ready.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before placing an order. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or nobody was available to receive the parcel, contact us at support@talkjersey.in and we will advise on the next steps.
